PLEASE NOTE. If you require mobility aids for your holiday including mobility scooters, folding wheelchairs and walkers you MUST call to book your holiday with our Reservations Team.

1, We can only carry one scooter per tour due to the storage limitations under the coach.

2, The maximum weight we can accept is 35kg. Each component of the mobility scooter needs to fold down to no larger than a medium-sized suitcase.

3, You must be able to load/unload it onto the coach unaided or travel with someone who is able to do this for you.

4, You must also be able to board the coach unaided.

We highly recommend checking your booking confirmation once your holiday is made, to ensure all the details are correct as in some cases changes cannot be made.

If you require to make changes to a booking, you will need to call our Reservations Team on 0808 169 5047 who can better advise on the different possibilities.

Please note, changes to a booking including name changes or a change of pick-up point are subject to availability and incur an administration fee of £20.

All our European holidays, holidays by air, ocean and river cruises require a full British passport to travel. It is your responsibility to guarantee that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of your tour return.

Additionally, you are responsible for any visa requirements.

You must notify us if you are not travelling with a British passport for port security checks.

If you are travelling within Ireland or the Isle Of Man you can travel on a photographic ID.

We do not allow pets on our holidays, however, if you are required to bring a registered guide or hearing dog on your holiday, we are happy for you to do so.  You will be required to let us know at the time of booking and arrange to send us a copy of the the dog's registered assistant status so that we can book them on the coach. We do not accept emotional support dogs.

No – we will need you to pay online or by bank transfer, cheque or over the phone by calling our Reservations Team on 0808 169 5047 when your balance becomes due.

When you have completed your booking online and payment has been accepted, you will have the option to print out your booking details and you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

If you call and book over the phone, we will email your confirmation at the time of booking, or we can post your booking confirmation within 48 working hours along with all relevant paperwork.

Your travel tickets are usually posted 2 weeks to 10 days before your departure date.

We organise entrance tickets prior to your arrival, however, your SunriseDirect Driver will organise any ticket entrances on the day.

In most cases we operate a feeder coach service to our interchange and generally this coach will not be your tour coach. You will join your tour coach at our interchange.

At times we may also collect you by taxi or min-bus from your chosen pick-up point to meet a transfer vehicle.

Yes, within your final travel tickets you will receive luggage labels for both outward and return journeys.

It is your responsibility to make sure your cases are on board the coach, just like with any other personal belongings. 

At our interchanges, your luggage is transferred by our staff/drivers between vehicles. Once at the hotel please collect your luggage from the driver.

When you get home, make sure you pick up the right luggage from the driver.

While we will help you locate any lost bag, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged luggage.

Standard coach have a lowering mechanism that lowers the suspension for loading/un-loading. This method does not completely lower the coach to the ground, and clients must be able to manage a small step up and also the coach's steps internally, which vary in height according to the make and model.

If we cancel your holiday, we will contact you by email, letter or contact you by phone to discuss your options.

Where possible we discuss the option to move you onto another applicable tour or offer a full refund.

Where possible we will offer to transfer you onto another tour (subject to a £20 administration fee) in line with our booking terms & conditions

If you require to cancel your booking, this is subject to cancellation fees that are stated in our booking terms and conditions.

Please note: reclaiming cancellation costs must be taken up with direct with your insurer.

Advice on how to make your claim against the insurance policy we offer, (which must be dealt directly with the Insurance Company) will be sent together with a Cancellation Invoice following your written confirmation of cancellation.
